All Spick & Span and a big thank you

The final polishing has been done to get the Reydon complex ready to open on the 1st June.
As well as the more obvious work that can be seen on site and in the photos, alot of work has been done to remove snags created by overhanging and submerged branches on Pits 1, 2 and 4.
As ever, there is more to do, but the efforts so far have reduced the chances of fish getting tethered should the worse happen.
As well as more general work, including filling potholes, the bank rebuilding where the section of hedge was previously removed on Pit 2 has been completed and, as the photos show, is looking good.
Obviously none of what has been done could have been achieved without the volunteers who give up their time to attend work parties. On behalf of the Committee I would like to thank them all.
One of the photos shows just some of those involved and who attended the final Saturday work party followed by a bbq by way of a small thank you. Thanks to Gail & Jed for sorting out the latter.
Don't forget that work continues throughout the year with work parties at Kessingland on Monday evenings from 6pm and Reydon on the second and fourth Thursday of each month starting at 10am.
Hoping to see you on the bank, either fishing or at a work party.
