Just a reminder that the Reydon site closed season starts at close of play tomorrow evening (Sunday 28th February). The site will not open again until 1st June. I have been getting some waiting list applications from members who joined this season, this is not necessary as all existing members will receive AGM information and a paying in slip for next season in the next couple of weeks. Due to the ongoing Covid situation, and the success of last years proxy voting system, the Committee have agreed that a similar process will be used this year. Members will receive a voting slip with the AGM information. In the meantime, the river sections remain available until they close on the evening of March 14th and Kessingland up until existing membership books expire on May 31st. Please remember to take care at all our venues as the water levels are exceptionally high and could be hiding hidden risks. Many of the swims at Kessingland are currently under water. Finally, be aware that the waiting list to join the Society is currently a very healthy 53 so it will be particularly important to pay your subscriptions before the deadline of midnight on the 15th May. Failure to do so may mean you loose your place for next year as new offers to take up vacant places will go out on 16th May. In saying that, please do not attempt to make payment untill you get your paying in slip and ideally after the subscriptions are agreed at the AGM on the 8th April 2021.
