NOT LONG LEFT

Just a reminder that if the better weather is tempting you out for a session on the banks, there's not long left to give Reydon a go .

The Reydon complex closes at 6.30pm this Saturday, the 28th February.

Fishing has been a bit on the slow side but Pit 1 is producing a few bream in the 3 to 4lb bracket along with carp from mid teens to mid twenties. The occasional Tench is also making an appearance.

Two of the Pit 1 carp landed today are shown in the photos with Robin Daws landing a cracking 24lb Common from peg 10 and Alan Clifton a lovely 14lb 6oz Mirror along with a tench of about three and half pounds.

No reports from Pits 2 or 4. The latter should produce with this warmer weather but be warned it will be muddy so make sure you dress appropriately if you give it a go.

The Reydon complex will be locked up on Saturday evening with no access, other than for work parties, until it reopens for members on the 1st June.

Our section of river can still be fished until the end of the river season, last day is the 14th March, and our lake at Kessingland remains available all year round.

Details of work parties will be confirmed as soon as possible, please help if you can.
