Reminder of Open Meeting

All members are invited to the Society Open Meeting being held on Thursday 23rd October, 7.45pm for 8pm start, at the Sailors Reading Room, East Cliff, Southwold, IP18 6EL. There is no set agenda as those attending are invited to raise items for discussion as they arrive.

An overview of the year since the AGM is then given which may cover some of the items raised but any that aren't covered can then be discussed. Any feedback received is taken back to the committee and may help inform matters to be raised at the AGM.

The few that make the effort to attend this annual meeting always enjoy the evening and each year encourage the committee to continue holding them. So why not come along and give your input and feedback to help shape the future of the society.
