We are about to post out a notice of Annual General Meeting and a proxy voting slip to all Members. These should be posted out at the weekend for delivery early next week. If any Members have moved house and not told the Membership Secretary of their change of address could you please do so as a matter. of urgency. Also, anybody who has moved will need an updated I.D. Card. If this is the case, and you are renewing your Membership for next season, when sending in your payment and paying in slip please include your old card so we can reuse the photo. Alternatively include a new passport sized photo. In order to guarantee your place you must renew by midnight on the 15th May 2021.
