The fishing bailiff!

I was having a good day said Bob Green and landing a fish when the other rod went off, luckily Bill was there (and as often happens had brought a bite with him), grab it Bill, he did and eventually we had a couple of good fish in the net, needless to say his turned out to be the biggest one that day which is just as it should be after all the advice he's given me over the years.

He did complain about the reel handles being on the wrong side, the fact it was a baitrunner and that it even had a rear drag though...... he managed!

Made the day for both of us although we did have a bit of feathered help 😀.
