Our lake at Kessingland will be closed for one day on Monday 25th March to allow the Environment Agency to revisit the water in an attempt to reduce the numbers of Rudd.
If successful, it is hoped that this will benefit both the remaining stock, and any future stockings, by increasing the amount of natural food available. This should also help improve anglers catches of bream, skimmers and tench as they will have more chance of finding anglers baits before the small rudd do.
The Committee Apologises for any inconvenience caused.
