The closing date for renewals of existing membership has now passed, for those of you who renewed, thank you for your continued support. Your existing Membership Book Covers remain valid until the 31st May.
Book covers for the new season will be posted this weekend and should be with you early next week in time for our 1st June opening day at Reydon. Please retain your existing rule book insert and membership card as these remain valid for future seasons until we need to update and reissue them.
We had fewer people failing to renew this year but with the extra places the Committee made available for this coming season we had 73 places on offer. All offers of places have now either been emailed or, where no email address, posted out. If you are one of the 103 people on the waiting list then please check your inbox and your spam folders in case an offer has gone in there.
Unfortunately our bulk email system sent out the draft subject heading of "add a catchy header". The mail was re-sent with the correct subject heading so don't worry about the first one being some sort of spam, it was just a system glitch. If you are unable to print out the paying in slip then please contact us and we will send it to you in a different format or hard copy.
If you wish take up your offer of a place then please ensure we get your payment by the 4th June. Any places not taken up by then will be offered to those who remain on the waiting list. Consequently, for those who were unsuccessful in getting an initial offer there may still be a chance, there were 14 initial offers not taken up last year so watch your in box around the 5th June
